With over 9 years in digital marketing, Zach Crowley brings together the creative instinct of a performer with the precision of a strategist. After touring internationally as a musical theatre performer, Zach transitioned into digital, quickly building a reputation for delivering real business growth through SEO and paid media.

ZCMarketing was born from his desire to cut through the fluff, give clients honest strategy, and prove that lean, focused marketing can outperform bloated agency models. Today, Zach partners with brands across New Zealand and Australia to build scalable campaigns grounded in clarity, creativity, and ROI.

🧠 A Head for Digital, Early On

Before founding ZCMarketing, Zach was already immersed in business and digital strategy. From a young age, he was drawn to how people Search, Click, and Convert – Exploring SEO, Online Behaviour, and Customer Experience well before it became his full-time path.

🎭 A Creative Hiatus

Zach took a few years away from digital to pursue a professional career in musical theatre – Touring internationally and performing in large-scale productions like Shrek the Musical (as Pinocchio in the Middle East). Far from a detour, this creative chapter taught him powerful lessons in communication, teamwork, audience psychology, and marketing from a human perspective.

🛠 Returning with New a Perspective

When he returned to the digital space, Zach brought a sharper lens – Blending performance insight with technical marketing. He saw a gap in the agency world: too much jargon, not enough results. 

🚀 Growing ZCMarketing with Purpose

What started as a solo consultancy quickly grew into a small, sharp team delivering Strategic SEO and Paid Media for businesses across NZ and Australia. With client results at the centre, Zach has led successful campaigns for brands like Boundaryline, E-LOK, and Reece, helping them scale with lean, high-impact strategies.

Who is He?

When he’s not deep in SEO strategy or building client funnels, Zach’s probably out for a morning walk in Melbourne, playing a round of golf, or gaming with his partner. With a background in acting and singing, he’s performed across the globe – including in the Middle East and New Zealand and still finds joy in creativity and storytelling.

Recently, Zach stepped into a new chapter as a first-time parent, bringing even more purpose to the way he approaches work, balance, and legacy.
